"My Teaching Philosophy"
"Teaching is passing information on in a way that students will understand. It is our responsibility as teachers to be alert and willing to help any student in need whether they have a disability or not. Students are the main priority in the classroom and it is up to us as teachers to guide them in the right direction. We are not in charge of just a classroom, but a community of individuals wanting to learn something that they will remember for a long time. We want to give students the experience that they have never had before because the classroom is where the learning happens and where students are able to interact with one another. Students have to believe in themselves and know that they can succeed in anything if they put their mind to it. Teachers are faced with many challenges, but that should not stop them from moving forward and improving in their work. No matter what type of student that person is, each student should get equal attention when it comes to their school work and if the student needs that extra help then the teacher will be right by their side moving them along in the process. Teaching is a powerful concept and a privilege to be a part of because there are so many opportunities that teachers have and there is a new idea learned everyday. The students help the teachers develop their own ideas because they are always asking questions and curious about what is being talked about. Educating our students is our main focus and we as teachers are in charge of giving them the best education that we can perform."
